You Don’t Have To Be A Famous Designer To Unlock This Key To Success
A good interview with renowned fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg revealed her key to success which is something we all have within ourselves. Diane detailed some very good points about her key to success, life advice, leadership style, and other related areas relating to her success.
Diane actually stated the key to success for her is learning to trust yourself. As an expert on success, I completely agree with Diane von Furstenberg, everyone needs to trust themselves to achieve success. Many people tend to shy away from their full capabilities. I always here clients second guess themselves, lower their expectations, and just don’t believe that they are capable of reaching certain goals. A good example is when we first learn to ride a bike, especially without the training wheels. At first, most everyone is apprehensive there is just no way we are going to be able to peddle and stay upright while avoiding falling. Just by constant practice, encouragement from loved ones, and a possible guiding hand trailing we eventually start to peddle without any assistance. After awhile, it just becomes second nature to ride a bike, go faster, and even pull of a few tricks like popping wheelies.
An important part of the Maximum Performance System is clearly understanding each clients’ apprehensions and then developing an individual systematized approach to getting each client to where they want to be and more so to a higher level than they ever thought possible. With the results that they are able to achieve, the system actually starts to build upon every result, much like riding a bike more and more then getting even more proficient. As a client achieves more results, they start to gain more success and eventually the success memory kicks in and extraordinary happens. It is amazing to have the opportunity to work with individuals who never imagined that they could achieve so many goals before but with the right system, motivation, and expert support ordinary becomes obsolete and extraordinary becomes the norm now for their lives.
