Practically everything in life requires a strategy that has been well thought-out and is carefully crafted, whether you are working to make a major purchase, win a game, have a most satisfying vacation, and the like. Of course, business itself is one of the key things that require a solid strategy; without it, a business has no legs and no direction and is highly likely to fail.
In this current climate of economic instability, most people are looking to undergo more leadership training with the hope that it will keep them gainfully employed. At the surface level, ‘purpose’ and ‘goal’ seem to be very similar. In fact, my thesaurus tells me they’re synonyms. It might appear that we can use them interchangeably. But in parsing the definitions of these words, we discover they’re as different as night and day.
